建物上部重量は約448ＫＮ（基礎を省く）
ちなみに1ＫＮとは約100ｋｇの相当します。
378：448ということで考えるといかに基礎重量が重いのかがわかります。
この写真の基礎１．０㎡あたりどのくらいの荷重がかかるのかを算定すると必要な地盤の強度が割りだせます。
ΣＷ＝378.7+448＝826.7ＫＮ
１階基礎面積が53.66㎡ですので826.7/53.66＝15.40ＫＮ/㎡
この荷重に私の場合は1.2倍の安全率をみます。
15.40×1.2＝18.48ＫＮ/㎡
つまり地盤強度（支持力）は18.48ｋｎ以上ないと地盤が沈下してしまうという計算になります。
よって地盤調査の結果18.48以下の数字であれば要改良ということになるのです。
よくここは地盤がいいから補強はいらない。とおっしゃる方がいます。
確かに感覚や土地柄を考慮した判断は馬鹿にしたものではありません。
が、それだけでは本当のところはよくわからないのです。
